Fixed Price Bids, or Estimates
At TDC, we will provide you with either a fixed price bids, or an estimate. Fixed Price Bids are for smaller tasks that can be completed in less than 3 hours. Estimates are for larger, more complex jobs lasting greater than three hours, or a job that is likely to expand in scope.

Monthly Retainer
The majority of our customers contract us for 3, 6, or 12 months at a time, based on a predefined Scope off Work (SOW).
Hourly Billing:
We also offer hourly billings at a slightly higher rate than our monthly retainers.
Work Orders
For larger projects, or those outside your monthly retainer, we offer the ability to submit Work Orders. Customers under contract will receive preferred scheduling.

For projects lasting less than a single day we offer all-inclusive fixed-price bids.
Estimates
On larger projects, we offer Estimates that guarantee a price +/- 10%. These can be lobar only, or include materials.

Unexpected issues don’t wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our 24/7 emergency services, same-day availability, and off-hour scheduling can be negotiated into any contract, or we can provide à la carte pricing.
